2019 Symposium

This national symposium will serve all who are involved in priestly formation (bishops, vocation directors, seminary administrators, formators, spiritual directors, theologians) with presentations, conversation, and prayerful reflection on the vision and impact of this guiding document for priestly formation.

Accomodations

Participants can stay at St. Vincent de Paul Regional Seminary in fully refurbished rooms with private bathrooms, at a cost of $100 per night. Please use the online registration process which includes seminary accommodations. A limited number of these rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Alternatively, participants are invited to make a reservation at Hampton Inn & Suites Boynton Beach. The hotel is located about a 10 minute drive from the seminary, The room rate begins at $149 per night, when using the group rate. Rooms may be reserved using the link above or over the phone (561-369-0018) using the group name: IPF Symposium. This rate is good until March 1st, 2019.

Transportation

Guests are advised to fly into the Palm Beach International Airport (PBI), which is roughly 25 minutes from the seminary.

For those wishing to rent a car, please visit http://www.pbia.org/ground/car-rental/

If not renting, use either a taxi or Lyft/Uber for transport to the hotel or seminary from the airport.

Transport between the hotel and the seminary will be provided. Please check the schedule for transport times.

Symposium Fee

The symposium fee is $225 per person. The fee includes the cost of meals for Friday dinner, Saturday breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as Sunday breakfast and lunch.
