Updates to the New Home Office

IPF finalized the purchase of the modest one-story office building in January 2022.  The building is located at 11626 Nicholas Street in Omaha’s Miracle Hills Office Park and has easy access to the interstate, local parishes, and the city’s main thoroughfare, Dodge Street.

• 10,000 sq. ft. single-story building in excellent shape with some modest upgrades:

- Construction of 35-seat small chapel within the building
- State-of-the-art conference room to accommodate communication with board members and faculty nationwide
- Small conference room
- Construction of two new offices for additional full-time staff members
- Technology equipment, network, and software
- Minor cosmetic finishes, paint, new flooring, and LED lighting

• Open concept floor plan: 7 open area offices for support staff and 7 enclosed offices
• Workroom for staff
• Small kitchen and breakroom
