Living Stones - Building a Foundation for the Future Campaign and Accomplishments

Having received the support of extremely generous lead gifts, the Institute is now poised to confidently move ahead with this plan and has purchased a new building in Omaha that will provide for a collaborative and inviting working space for our IPF team and participants.  This new office will set us on the path for a strong and vibrant future - a future that depends on your support!

The Need

Keeping IPF in a Stable Financial Position

For 28 years the Institute for Priestly Formation has been a financially independent 501(c)(3) corporation housed on the Creighton University campus in Omaha, Nebraska. In 2022, we began a new era for IPF with the purchase of a new home office in Omaha. The success of the Living Stones – Building a Foundation for the Future campaign will provide the Institute with the needed support to continue its mission and remain financially sound.

By paying off the cost of the five year building loan, IPF will save approximately $72,000 in interest the first two years and $169,200 in interest and principal payments over the following three years. This would be a total savings of $241,200 over five years.

Campaign Accomplishments

Thank you, thank you, thank you!  IPF Friends, Alumni, and Faculty have helped raise and pledged $1,854,284 toward the Living Stones Building Campaign.  We are blessed to have so many wonderful and generous people support the IPF mission.  Look at all that has been accomplished:

Remaining Funds Needed
