For general information about the Spiritual Direction Training Program, visit this site. Application for the 2027-2030 IPF Spiritual Direction Training Program begins with filling out and submitting the form below as completely as possible. After submitting the form, we require a letter of recommendation from your (Arch)bishop or mailed to our offices. The address is in the section titled "Bishop's Recommendation."
Note well that for the first time, this program will NOT be held at Mundelein in the Chicago area but rather at Grand Coteau Retreats, Louisiana. Information about Grand Coteau can be found at the website linked above.
Also, please note that application does not guarantee registration or acceptance into the program.
Please look at all the dates for each section (A and B) below. Note that the Fall dates include an option between the 5-day or 8-day retreat.
After reviewing the dates, in the section below titled "Choose Application Options", indicate your choice as to whether you must be in Section A or B or if you merely prefer Section A or B or if you have no preference. You may indicate your choice by placing a number 1 in the box corresponding to your choice. Only choose one option. Switching from sections is not allowed due to limited staff resources and space.
